Orders are shipped with via tracked couriers Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.. Your order will normally ship within 24-72 hours of payment been received. Once payment has been received you will receive an email notification. Once the order is dispatched you will receive another email with tracking details. Orders in Northern Ireland are normally delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch, Mainland UK 3-5 days. We don’t offer click and collect for security reasons.

RETURNS:
We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with your order simply contact us within 48 hours and will do our utmost to solve the matter quickly.
You have 14 days to return your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products can not be returned if they’re opened – unless the product itself is faulty. To complete your return simply email support@nicbd.co.uk.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s.
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
